At Rock Revival, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your denim or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are intact and items are in their original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
